Projects
Developed an AI framework for automated detection and risk prediction of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease using clinical and biochemical parameters. Employs XGBoost for early disease classification and feature importance analysis. The framework is designed to be extendable to imaging modalities (CT, Ultrasound, MRI) using Vision Transformers and Mamba models for enhanced diagnostic accuracy.
Introduced an image filtering technology using convolutional neural networks to make use of structural features from guidance & target images to create a kernel to detect edges and desired features from an image.
Java project to manage attendance information of students with features such as attendance marking, visualization, leave management and grievance management.
